Is there a parking place?

Yes, El Palmeral de Madaria has an indoor parking lot. Only If you book on our website it is free. 

Do you have a restaurant service?

Inside our complex there are no restaurants, but very close (5-7 minutes walking) there are many restaurants such as La Tagliatella, Abrego, Mee too (Sushi), Tony Romas (burgers and ribs) and a wide offer of fast food restaurants. 

What are check in and check out times?

Check in time is flexible (24h) and check out time is 10.30. You will be able to stay in our facilities after leaving the apartment if needed. 

Can you smoke?

Our policy is smoke-free, you cannot smoke in the rooms. You can do it at the terrace and always with the doors closed so that the smell of tobacco does not enter,since this might be very annoying for non smokers. 

Do you accept pets?

We are sorry but we do not accept pets.

Is the pool open all year?

Yes!! The outdoor pool is open all year round.

Do you have cribs?

Yes, let us know when booking and we will put one in your room without extra cost.
