HERE IS SOME USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY

• La dirección exacta es Avenida de Villajoyosa 18 .
The exact address is Avenida de Villajoyosa 18.
• Cuando llegues, acercarte al portal y llama al 57 + cámpana. Una vez dentro del edificio hay 4 ascensores. El apartamento es el número 2 en la planta 12.
Go to the front door and ring the bell 57 + bell. Once in the building, there are 4 elevators. Our apartment is number 2 on the 12th floor.
              

• Al llegar al apartamento verás esta caja gris a la izquierda (la puerta de hierro siempre está abierta). Tus llaves están dentro de esa caja, la combinación es 4180.
You will see this grey box on the left. Keys are inside, the combination to open is 4180.

                

• La llave roja sirve para abrir el portal y para utilizarla en uno de los ascensores para ir directamente al mar (P) y al túnel (T). En el túnel giras a la izquierda y en 150m encuentras la playa de La Albufereta y la parada de Tram de La Isleta.
You can use the red key to open the front door downstairs and (only in one of the elevators) to go directly to the sea (P) and the tunnel (T) . You turn left at the tunnel and will find La Albufereta beach and the closest Tram stop (La Isleta)

• Podéis dejar la basura todos los días (excepto domingo) en la misma puerta del apartamento. Se recoge en horario de 18.00 a 20.00.
Rubbish will be collected everyday from 18.00 to 20.00h (except Sunday) from outside the apartment.

• Si piensas utilizar transporte público la mejor opción es el Tram. Tanto para ir al centro de Alicante como para explorar la costa. La parada más cercana es La Isleta. El ticket cuesta 1.45€ y puedes pagar en el mismo tranvía.
If you are plannimg to use public transport the Tram is the best option. Both to go to downtown and the coast. The closest stop is La Isleta. Ticket is 1.45€ and you can get i ton the tram.

• PARKING: La plaza de parking se encuentra en el edificio de enfrente. Debeis bajar con el coche por la carretera y en unos 75m hacer el cambio de sentido. Cuando veáis este cartel azul, giráis a la derecha. Primero encontrareis la puerta automática que se abre con el mando (a veces ya está abierta). Nuestra plaza es la número 98 (penúltima a la derecha) en la planta 4. Una vez hayas aparcado, salimos del parking caminando y a la izquierda encontrareis esta puerta de peatones (se abre con la llave pequeña), la abrimos, bajamos a la planta 2 y cruzamos la plataforma.
Car place is in the building opposite the apartment. Go down the road for about 75 metres and and turn round. When you see this blue sign, turn right. You can open the gate (sometimes is open) with the remote control. Our place is number 98 (practically the last one on the right) on the 4th floor. You leave the car park on foot through this iron door on the left (you can open it with the small key). Go down to the 2nd floor and cross the platform.
